After getting an idea, and searching for custom music boxes, I came across this person's amazon store front, found the actual store front, messaged the site, passed off my ideas, got feedback, and after a brief email back and forth between the two of us, purchased a box. It's a quality, well made, and looks fantastic.

The owner, Kale was great with helping me right away, being patient, and shipping the SAME DAY! The image quality is great, and the music mechanism and ability to choose any song is terrific.
I would like to see some hardwood options, the box itself is very nice looking but it's lightweight, hopefully it is durable. I would be willing to pay substantially more for a solid fancy wood.

The music box is high quality. Their website was also clear, it helped with putting a different song than initially desired. The ability to format the music box and change the song was easier than I expected as well.
They also sent this much faster than I anticipated. Originally had a pressing matter to attend to and was late in communicating my picture, however they were friendly and understanding and got this sent quickly.
