Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically shipped the next business day after the order is placed.

For orders with personalization, you will receive a preview by email. Personalized orders are typically shipped the next business day after the preview is approved. If your order is approved promptly, it may ship on the same day. 

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. 

We are not responsible for any delays in international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping for jewelry, music boxes, ornaments, and carved round boxes by USPS first class mail.

Free shipping for larger items like wall hangings by USPS retail ground.

Shipping upgrades to USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available for domestic orders for an additional fee.

International buyers are responsible for shipping costs, and any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized orders.

Items without personalization may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping upgrades not included). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
