Because it is recorded digitally, literally any audio (including voice) can be used. If you prefer a traditional music box sound, there are many song versions online to choose from. Pressing the play button on the lid of the box starts and stops the song.
*There is a limit of 8 minutes for the audio.

The music box uses a rechargeable battery. Use a standard USB-C cord to charge (included).
