I first ordered a music box. Davidson promised exactly what I asked for then overdelivered by making my feel like my purchase was the most important one of the year. The email confirming specifications and suggestions to make the box even better showed a personal interest in my needs. The box shipped even quicker than expected and was of better quality than expected. I immediately ordered another one with different options. The result was the same, personal care, and over delivery on expectations from design to execution to shipping. I then asked if custom designs were something they were interested in. Davidson made this easy and enjoyable. I was really worried when the custom product came to me in a severely damaged box. Davidson had the foresight to control what they couldn't control by very carefully protecting the wall hanging and as such arrived undamaged. It seems their best product is customer satisfaction. Based on 3 purchases, I would highly recommend doing business with them.
Beautiful box! Lovely quality! You can see the tree age rings on the bottom of the box. The carvework on the lotus is so detailed. Love this!
